Laboratory of Civil Engineering and Geo-Environment

LGCgE | ULR 4515
Chemistry and materials Mechanics and civil engineering Observation and environment, lasers and their applications Research unit Science for a changing planet

Our research activities are mainly focused on civil engineering materials, geomaterials and geoenvironment, degraded sites, habitat and the city. The unit is composed of five research teams, each working in their respective field of research (geomaterials, innovative materials, concrete & composite materials, anthropized terrestrial ecosystems, Habitat and intelligent city...).  Members of the lab use / enrich / develop theoretical, numerical and experimental approaches for understanding and predicting the response of all types of materials, natural and non-natural, including the new cohort of advanced materials. We are open to all academic and industrial collaborations and propose services in line with our expertise.
