Inductively Coupled Plasma
The ICP pole of the Advanced Characterisation Platform has an atomic emission spectrometer coupled to an Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP-OES) allowing the analysis of major and trace elements in solution simultaneously with detection limits of the order of a few μg/L. It also has two Inductively Coupled Plasma mass spectrometers (ICP-MS) that allow the analysis of trace and ultra-trace elements (from μg/L to sub-ng/L) in a wide range of applications. We are open to all academic and industrial collaborations and propose services in line with our expertise.
