Research centre on laws and perspectives of the law

CRDP | ULR 4487
Biology and health Humanities and social sciences Research unit Culture, societies, changing practices

The goal of our centre is to conduct strong disciplinary research in the various fields of law while developing interdisciplinary and cross-disciplinary research of excellence. The disciplinary anchoring is ensured by the areas of specialization carried out by the four teams that make up the CRDP (private law, public law, social law, law of obligations and legal theory). The CRDP's cross-disciplinary axes are the place where interdisciplinary research projects emerge and develop, vectors of a collective research of excellence. The topics of these axes are: Health, vulnerabilities and biomedicine; European and international normative spaces; Dynamics of justice; and New economic collaborations.
